The cottages are no smoking.
The rent is payable on the first day.
Entering the premises is planned from 16 hours.The departure of the house, tidy and clean, done before 10 hours for weekly rentals. An inventory entering and leaving will be made. The deposit (guarantee) will be requested on arrival and will be returned to stay after the end of the inventory out.The payment of expenses, heating will be on site before departure.
Booking conditions: 25% deposit on the total amount of rental, balance 1 month before arrival.(payment by cashed on arrival, bank transfer or Paypal).
